Good advice by @Joe VilleneuveI think Zillow and should trumpet more that they have very accurate data in terms of past closed sales, tax info, etc..They seem to showcase the Zestimate which is usually wildly inaccurate at least in my area.For rentals, I find rentometer to be reliable in suburban/urban areas where there is a good amount of data to draw upon.

A couple of months ago, all the REI clubs in my area picked people to showcase their flips-gone-wrong. 

And they usually showcase both the risks, rewards and failures in their interviews.I'd also be more than happy to answer any questions she has as she starts out. 

In the videos I've watched and in some blogs they showcase homes which feature very poorly taken photos or hardly any at all.

My impression is that they showcase your units rather than your services to new landlords & vendors.Do you guys not think this is an important part of your site?

I noticed most listings on the usual's like Loopnet, showcase, CityFeet etc are all C class properties.

You can pool money together from investors, do you have a portfolio of your work to showcase?

Your kitchen looks nicer and more updated, but you don't showcase it in the pictures.
