Hey guys, I am wondering if you would be so kind to share your thoughts.
What is the main target market for your website.
A) landlords
B) tenants

With regards to rental properties
Also do you list current properties which are available to rent now
A) place them directly on your site
B) use a feed from a property portal
C) don't update or list properties on your site regularly

I would really appreciate any feedback as we are working on templates for property managers and rental agents

Help me understand your first question a little better. The main target for my website is tenants and landlords. I reach out to landlord to see if they want to unload and properties.

For question #2:

My answer is A,B) - Final answer.

I put it up on my site and I put pictures up on craigslist.

One thing that makes this process easy is Postlet.
