llc formation, CHECK, contractor license, CHECK, money, HELP!
I have been in construction for 13 years. Currently I am a commercial construction foreman. I have always wanted to flip houses. My first project was my own house. I bought it for 80k put 20k into it now it is appraised for 140. So I have gone through all the steps of forming a LLC, getting business licenses and my contractors license. Now I'm trying to find the money to buy and flip the first house. Where should I look? Any advice would really help.
