As far as attorney's go, we've had good luck with Nick Porto: www.portolaw.com.The best meetup is MAREI, they have a monthly meeting plus a weekly breakfast.

We looked at buying and existing Bed and Breakfast years ago and decided not to move forward as we couldn't really relocate easily.
