There are any number of MeetUps, which you can find on Meetup.com. However, there are 2 primary REIA meetings on the Dallas side of the Metroplex...

Dallas REIA - meets the 2nd Thursday of each month...6 pm at the Marriott Quorum...Quorum Drive by the Galleria (Note: Feb was yesterday...goes back to normal schedule in March) http://reiadallas.com/
