Hi Guys, I just wanted to share my experience and perspective, that seems very different than some of the people that have posted on this group.I was a part of the Open Spaces program in 2021.I had a very positive experience with this program and it propelled my investing journey in a huge way.

The ROI on that will far exceed that of buying a property because you're creating the right vehicle to propel more deals and generate more income.

The question I think you have to ask yourself is what are your goals by investing in real estate and what vehicle/strategy is going to propel you towards that goal.

It's what we strive for and perhaps even more than that it is why we strive for those things that can cause the maladies among us.A simpler time would simplify the task at hand, but even among the constant skerfuffling of our modern age we can and must dig deep and find the WHY that propels us forward, even beyond our generation. 

I want to say yes, but if you’ve not started investing (not necessarily real estate, just stock market) and you’re 30, you really need to use your income to propel that forward.  

@Todd Dexheimer I agree, with the lighting and any type of cost cutting that can be done - it should be done to propel income and channel that into growth.

It will propel you!

In the end, I made money while getting the education.Fast forward 8 years, this event propelled me into a career as a hard money lender.
