Hey everyone I just wanted to have a brief discussion about which is the best way to start out in real estate my goal for the long run is to have several properties and be able to cashflow from them . I would really love to hear everyone stories if you’re willing to share them!

Go buy a book called Set for Life, written by the CEO of this website, Scott Trench, and read it cover to cover. I do not believe there is a single more valuable investment that you can make in your education at this point in your life than taking to heart the book's suggestions and implementing them.

There are multiple ways to get to where you want to go. But you need a model to follow or carefully depart from, and a series of rational explanation for why that model works. That's what Scott managed to do with this book, and it's a frankly remarkable accomplishment.
