Are there any lenders that are notoriously easy to work with regarding investment properties? 

Washington street between emerson and arlington (Irvington) has lots of big apartment buildings and they are notoriously ghetto as most everything right ON washington st is. 

Here in Texas some tax appraisal websites are notoriously slow about updating ownership info.

Both individuals are serving or have served Federal prison time, one for 6 years and one for 3, were fined significantly and made to pay restitution.

No men are allowed on the property Etc.. but to me it looked like it was run as a mini prison..
