I'm starting to loosen up and trust others here as well as myself.

In previous years this strategy worked better after lenders loosened up and there was still plenty of good deals to be bought.

So I know I need to loosen up and get to know more people.

( this was a very bad underwriting decision)  then 09 to about 18 months ago near impossible to get a loan .. now things have loosened back up.. but the new crop of investor must be better equipped to handle rentals... you can't just borrow on credit score alone these days at least that's what I am hearing you need reserves etc
