Nothing will attract investors more then that shiney CCIM symbol on your blog/website.

Once you do, use the @ symbol to flag them when you are mentioning them.

Personally I think the back splash made of counter top material makes the kitchen look smaller and boring (although from a standpoint of attracting buyers that may not be important if they want that feature for another reason such as if it's a status symbol type thing).Personally, I think the low sheen tiles with a small amount of color variation looks more upscale.

So yeah, there is some risk involved here, but you also have a good opportunity to hit the jackpot. 

Very tough to find people that are overly trusting of their government, let alone look to them as symbols of inspiration.
