Hello,My family bought some land that is almost directly across the street from what will one day be a major intersection.

Given that Memphis, Tennessee, is located at the intersection of three states, does investing in the southern part of the city, which extends into Mississippi, present any complications?

I just got served on one in Sussex County where they are taking a couple hundred square feet to redo curbing and an intersection

Crossroads neighborhood is located right at the intersection of the city’s most travelled areas. 

Then I place those signs at every intersection surrounding the area pointing towards my property.

One street over has become a major corridor road (2-3 lanes each way with dedicated turn lanes and every intersection is a light not a stop sign) and so it has commercial type properties (retail strip, gas stations, small offices ect.) 

Whatever it's doing, it's doing it because it's trying to please you.Of course, the introduction of ads and intersection with the reality of needing to make money in order to provide the product complicates things, but at its core I don't think it wise to view oneself as the victim of anything.  

Find intersections close to where you want to buy these homes and where they exist. 

I have used google street view and looked at some of the 'crime sites' to get an idea but I feel it just blankets the zip and I was hoping maybe those a bit more experienced in the area could help identify a bit more specific of B, B+ if I provided some landmarks or major intersections.
