All to often many companies struggle with how to “implement” and train staff and don’t have the resources or tools to manage the amount of properties in their portfolio and maintain the level of service needed/expected. 

I have even sent them feature suggestions and they have implemented them.

Learn from them, implement and the come back to them with results.

Is my implementation of the BRRRR strategy a correct one?

I actually got two more bookings since this thread went up and I am going to implement some of the productive suggestions I received.

I hope a fair system is implemented that rewards contribution instead of arbitrary unwritten practices that are being carried out now. 

My plan is to implement the BRRR strategy by buying, rehabbing, renting, refinance and repeat.

If you implement suggestion #1 and the fields get auto-populated this would be even more reason to consolidate everything to one page.5.
