Things that come to mind are a home theater, a game room, a gym. 

I found out yesterday that one of the guys I talk to at the gym is a real estate investor with his own real estate brokerage.

But to top it off I am tried of working for someone else I want to have more leisure time to spend at the gym and traveling so I am looking to talking to everyone who can help me I am tried of working for someone else or pay check to pay check.

(the other mobile I did was in a park that was like a country club, gated community, several pools, gym, outside kitchen ect) And I think as a cash flowing property they rock. 

If I cancel my gym membership I would be able to handle it for a few months.

Of course after a few nights out in the town, and little to go on in those days, that $156 every two weeks lasted about a week, where the next week you would read a book, watch tv, or work out at the gym.

My son's AAU program has been around for 7 years renting out gym space in the local schools.
