They are also free to garden in the yard or parking strip as they wish.Periodically I'll ask if they need a furnace filter, or I'll just check in over email to see if there's anything they need.I'll be installing solar panels soon, so they'll save on utilities (though their rent will also increase after their first year since I'm footing the solar bill) and feel warm and fuzzy about saving the planet. 

Hook a garden hose to the sump pump, or replace the pump if not working.If this solves the problem, then hook it up correctly.Even a small pump will move lots more water than you can wet vac.

The current residents had a big herb garden in the back and it has a fairly smoth down hill incline as well.

It only has one boiler & one water heater All 3 apartments have full windows and lowest apt has 2 exits and is at garden level.

On a nice spring day, bring the verbiage, a blank map, a compass, a hundred foot roll-up tape measure, some small gardening tools to scrape away the buried marker(s).
