Working this backwards, what I see is a 3rd party trying to benefit from another’s house via rental cashflow, My only business is 30+ years as probate estate and trust lending in CA.

Just my personal opinion - get a mentor or a person who already has good experience running STR business, preferably in your area (but not 100% required). 

I've since closed down to focus on other businesses and run my own STR's. 

Best bet though is a local community business bank.. 

They make their money off of real estate agents, but real estate agents are the worst people to make money off because they are highly unreliable and in and out of the business when the market changes.Their target should be the consumer with higher levels that they can subscribe too for data, since Zillow is linked to the MLS now which makes their data somewhere more reliable.

If I'm staying one night somewhere, a quick business trip or something into Denver to show clients homes, a hotel is my choice.

Investment Info:Office Space commercial investment investment. 100's of completed projects, JC Beal Construction is nearly 100 years in business, Beal Properties manages well over 2000 doors all throughout Michigan and the Toledo, OH area.

If you are trying to get a cash out refi, I would think the bank would want to see the correct type of insurance for the business you are running.

I would like to learn the business.

I see why they say, never go into business with family.
