I know Zillow provides data but do you know of any other platform that you can export historical data?

I would be leery about investing in another country where the one of the main exports is narcotics.

So in this new economic model, one of global consumerism with intellectual exportation, adding pressure on the production and consumer increases demand for intellectual as it naturally raises necessity for greater efficiency, which is often found in intellectual sector. 

At the end of the year, I can just export everything and send it to my CPA to file everything.

I always recommend clients run everything through one bank account that way they can export it at the end of the year and either do a pivot table or upload it to a software like DigB.
