Here are some photos of the new 2015 Cavco we are placing in AZ.Land+home+delivery/ installation= $194,000 (I got a dealer license so I could buy the homes directly from the factory) Spent the extra money for the stem wall to provide easier financing for potential buyers, this home is in an area where it snows which req. 40 lb roof load and additional insulation, and front porch (curb appeal).
