To my understanding in PA you need to get the 75 hours of training, pass the national/state exams to get licensed, and then associate with a brokerage.

Remember that many apartment building associations (especially co-op boards) will have requirements for acquisition and subletting.All the best to you on your journey!

Maybe they don't have a business profile created or claimed on google for google reviews to be associated with them. 

You have to register, but there is no cost associated with that.  

I'd also recommend looking up a local Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) as they'll have local investors that you can bounce ideas off with.
