I found it in the description of a YouTube video, and to my surprise it worked.

There might be other experiences you could market and refer your STR guests to, like rustic BBQ joints, a local brewery, and places with live country music.  

He literally wrote the book on 1031’s and has videos on you tube. 

I have recently been educating myself by reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, and attending workshops.

Now that I am older and have more options I recently started learning about real estate on youtube and it led me here, BiggerPockets.

Betting that is going to happen again while new smart participants have entered the market(sophisticated players like black rock) and retail (everyone who watches finance youtube knows about real estate) I think is a foolish bet.
