That area has not really the best for cashflow but is very good for longer growth path of progress as this is where a lot of the major corporations have relocated (eg: Toyota, PGA, Liberty mutual, JP Morgan Chase, Etc) Ft worth area has better cashflow but has much older properties so may need more rehab.
