-Depending on the property you might need lawn care, exterminator and other misc stuff that is easy to forget about -Consumables: TP, PT, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods, garbage bags, coffee, coffee mixers etc add up.

Hey Mose, I'd say you're better off washing the walls with soap and water and then going with a paint w/ primer. 

I'm going to BRRRR the property and im trying to figure out how to add value beyond the obvious like increasing bedroom count. i currently considering adding three additional bedrooms, add coin operated washer dryers with vending machine for soaps and what not, Cleaning service weekly or bi-weekly. what are some value adds or tips others have done?

Is the shelving unit in the shower (for soaps/shampoos) a store bought item or was that also custom by the tile setter?

For the soap and electricity and people and all that.

I deduct washers, dryers, laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, light bulbs, linens, towels and my promotional pens and adult oriented calendars.

Throw in a vending machine for soap and softner and see if it helps.Thanks!!!

Remember with STRs, you’re paying all utilities including internet, plus providing paper goods, soap, laundry detergent, etc.
