Does it cause you any stress or anxiety, or is it just another bill that needs to be paid? 

Renting right away for $1900 is better financially than $2100 three months from now,  and way better on your anxiety and indigestion.   

Also, Im feeling a certain anxiety about the properties Im crunching numbers on because 1. they are 4 hours away from me and 2. they are in a not-so-good section of town.

If I wait until August before I am ready to rent, I will likely not find tenants until at least December when the next semester starts.I am new to this, so I am starting to feel a little anxiety and nervousness that I am making the right calls.

Hey everybody - Everyday more & more investors are finding their way to this website and airing their understandable anxiety.

As for schooling, my experience there wasn't very good - I was picked on and developed social anxiety from it - and I don't really get along we'll with that system...

The anxiety you feel is because you want a short-term solution and that is where the real estate transactions come in.

I am getting over social anxiety, which was caused by being in a new city and being a stay-at-home mom.

I find that it reduces the anxiety of wanting quick and immediate gratification.  

I suppose I am just suffering the first time investor anxiety, but i thought perhaps some those smarter than me might have some insight.Thank you for your time!
