New lady from Houston, TX

Hello there, I am a young wife and mother who is going back to work soon to have funds for my husband and I's real estate endeavors. He wants to start our journey by wholesaling and also buying investments with little to none of our own money and without using banks. The latter is what I am most interested in :-) I am from the Midwest, Indianapolis and St. Louis to be exact and have future plans to buy and hold there, also in Detroit, MI where hubby is from. 

I am open to everything I'll be continuously learning throughout this journey and the people I'll be meeting. I am getting over social anxiety, which was caused by being in a new city and being a stay-at-home mom. We'll be joining the Realty Investors Club of Houston (RICH) next week, in which I'm ecstatic for! To all of the replies and wonderful folks I shall meet through BP, hi and I hope to grow with you.
