I don't know why, but I recommended on of my Rent to Own/ Agreement for sale tenant buyers in the Edmonton Area to use Barry M, BUT my god did he ever charge her an arm and a leg, and generally  delayed things, in what was a time tested agreement I have used previously in other situations.We ended up getting the deal done, But not before he took a big chunk of my tenant buyers money in legal fees.

Hey @Jeff Hogan, you can try the following to find FSBO leads:- expired and withdrawn MLS listings (they may have gotten discouraged or not wanted to pay the broker fee)- FSBO websites- craigslist- zillow "make me move" properties

The hotel across the street had quoted a nightly price of $119.00 The next morning we were charged $189.00 The same lady that worked the ticket counter at the airport, also checked us out of the hotel the next morning.

If this is inventory, I shouldn't have to pay state sales taxes for the supplies -- but I don't charge my end-buyers sales taxes, so I will never collect nor owe sales taxes.

So the math would work out like this at a 9% rate: $500,000 x .09 (annual interest) = $45,000 / 365 = $123.28 per day interest (assuming it is interest only loan) x 60 days = $7,397 in interest paid Keep in mind most hard money lenders charge 2-4 points.
