It will also have a cost break down of all the work we did to the house so they full understand and appreciate all the work done.

Either way, I would like any advice on how to begin wholesaling either completely online or maybe in my local area and/or some insight on how to better break into the property preservation business.

Hi Carlson, typically this time of year is the worst time to rent units, however I’ve had some pretty good success with winter time leasing because I’ve certain methods that I’ve employed in order to get rentals rented fast and then managed efficiently.

For those of you who are out-of-state owners, how are you preventing break-ins/squatters during rehab and/or if you have vacant units?
