Does anyone have any tips to find a great Real Estate Broker who knows the ins and outs of the Chicago Land area regarding investment property.Even if you have someone who I can interview to see if they will fit, that would be great.

Does anyone have any tips on what could help serve as a deterrent for vandals coming on the property while we are finishing up renovations on the units?  

Also not to mention besides only watching sports on tv, my tv would stay stuck on HGTV.
