First Mailing Ready to Go

Did some driving for dollars in one of the areas I want to farm.  I found a number of properties that I would consider mailing to.  After doing some research on those properties, turns out about half of them are out of town owners, so I'm hopeful this is a good selection for a direct mailing campaign.  Mailing will go out the door tomorrow, I'm excited.  Wish me luck!

Here's another tip: take a photo and print out in color to show dramatic proof. Send this along with your letter. Consider sending in a 9 X 12 envelope as they can't miss it.

Unless you're mailing many hundreds, this can be very effective as it adds value to your service, beginning with "heads up" this us what your house looks like now.
