Then you can replace your siding appropriately.Of course, it's always best to have your contractors give their opinion as well -- ask your window and siding guys what they prefer.As for roof, that can be before or after, though if it's in bad shape, you should get it done as soon as possible.

If you can compete well with the rental rates and still make the money you want to per door, why not.I agree with Brandon that duplexes aren't generally a great investment if your goal is to sell in a relatively short time... unless of course you are purchasing, and I assume refurbishing, for way under market value.

Now they have an idea of the investment and they can leave their information so now you can setup a meeting to further discuss the opportunity in detail, explain some deals you have in the pipeline, etc...I am just looking to see if someone has a website similar to this that I could be directed towards or if there is someone selling a product like this...I am not really wondering if it will work...I am more interested in testing it myselfany suggestions on sites or courses or products would be greatly appreciated...also, appreciate the response
