Hi guys! My name is Alex Ro from Redding, CA. I'm currently thinking of pursuing my real estate license to get more experience in the real estate industry and be a better investor. I'm currently seeking other active investors that I can partner with or be an apprentice to in the Northern CA region. Getting your RE license will help you in your ventures. Direct access to the MLS is a plus. You can visit homes, run your comps, and deal directly with sellers without the lag time of dealing with an agent.
