The tenants are a Korean family , parents and son , who are getting adjusted to life here in the states , they seemed like the perfect tenants - the house is kept clean and organized and they seemed to be honest and good natured in general.

A few weeks ago I heard from a friend of a friend about a small commercial building with long-time tenants running a business, and they want to sell mainly due to health reasons.Long story short and after a lot of research, an older couple sold the building to their son and his wife via land contract back in 2004.
