If there are more options for good investment properties closer to your work, buy them there, and the best scenario is to look along your home - work path.Regarding rental prices, I would advice you to call some Management Companies, Rental Agencies or Real Estate offices.

Modulars are built with 2x4's (Cavco offers the option to upgrade to 2x6's and IMO is the best modular home maker). just like a house and can be placed on a pad.
