I'll share my thoughts:1.)

So, if we were to sell it as-is we would lose about $15K on it, since the price we paid didn't reflect those additional problems.  

I wanted to share with you guys my financial position and some of my goals so I can then ask you guys how you suggest I proceed.First of all I turned 27 years old this June and live in Moore Oklahoma.

If you ever plan on amassing a large portfolio, you simply can't scale if you're loosing more and more money the larger you grow.4) True, my shared investments are certainly more complicated.

Turns out I sucked at flipping houses but I'm pretty good at rehabbing multi-unit properties and then holding them long-term, as a landlord.The most important lesson I can share is "you make your money when you buy the property".  

Only because Philadelphia is such a "Block by block" city that some "war zones" share the same zip code as A-B rated areas (Example: 19104 Is the Mantua section of West Philadelphia, but is also home to Drexel, and UPenn (Also known as University City)

There are a few additional research tools that I use that may not be as well know that I thought I'd share.
