Looking to buy lots to develop in Seattle - Typical LR1 / LR 2 type conversion of Single family to 4 - 6 townhomes.Also looking to buy commercial lot in Burien / Everett (near new airport) or North Bend (near new Swedish hospital) What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Having a conversation with each of them finding out their situation and explaining to them yours will only benefit you and them.

I'm sure a conversation with a title company will tell me all I need to know.

I know that I can ask and they would tell me, but I'm not sure I would remember the property unless I told the seller I would call back after the initial conversation.

Johns county brought the highest STR dollars last year BTW, how big is your renovation/conversion project? 

Look at this deal we closed with direct mail being a marketing source.My initial conversation with the seller was 6 months earlier.

I actually hope you disagree with me and shed some light on this, but in addition to not having the time/need/desire to get my license, I think it would have hindered many of my conversations with sellers to date.
