Best ways to deal with absentee owners
There’s this apartment building that’s for sale and I looked up the owner and he’s definitely an absentee owner. Best ways to try an contact him? Or go through property management/third party? And what should I say regarding the property?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Is the property on the market? If so you need to go through the broker. If it’s for sale by owner contact the owner directly. You can look them up through county records and find their information through free resources like truepeople.com
