Hi @Vishal Patel, since I just started to learn about real estate I too felt weird at first of the "subject to" but after reading up on it, it could make perfect sense for the seller in a tough position as most seller are not trying to ruing their credit.

If they own several they are obviously investors.Once you get a response from the seller of the vacant house, negotiate a deal to buy it for all cash and get it under contract.

Clinton this just does not happen these days.. seller financing could work.. or partner with a cash partner .. you will just waste an inordinate amount of your time if you have no cash to work with.
