Hi all,Wondering, if any of you have any recommendations on the property managers for managing SFH in North Austin (Round Rock)?

Will I get more renters in Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock area if the bedrooms are furnished or unfurnished?

I am looking at some new construction properties in the Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock area to house hack.

Illegal units you can get away with in nice areas like Logan Square where the tenants almost never have any conflicts with landlord but in areas like tri taylor it's only a matter of time before you try giving a tenant a late fee, etc. and then they go running to the city for some complaint and city makes you remove the illegal unit.

Pro-tip:  Tie down/anchor your snap traps so they don't get away and die in the wall!

You may get away with a desktop appraisal instead of a full blown appraisal and they lend up to 90% LTV. 

For my money if the whole wall is being textured and there isn't substantial other damage inside the wall that needs to be "gotten at" then repair is the ticket. 

Because most properties are selling within a few days, I would keep working to narrow down your focus so you can find opportunities.The northern suburbs are experiencing massive growth because of their better infrastructure and proximity to north Austin/Round Rock tech jobs.
