(House Hack) Bedrooms: Furnished or Unfurnished?

I will be doing a house hack, and plan on furnishing the living room since I will live there. But I am wondering if I should furnish the other bedrooms. Will I get more renters in Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock area if the bedrooms are furnished or unfurnished?

To be clear, I have 0 intention of having to move furniture for each tenant(I have a bad back), so I am slightly hesitant to offer furnished if tenants are going to request that I move the furniture so they can use their own. It would either be furnished and they have to use the bed that's there, or completely unfurnished/empty bedroom.
