Currently shopping around for a HELOC and wanted to take suggestions on good banks/credit unions that are doing HELOCs at this moment. I'm considering Regions bank and Coosa valley, but any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

@Emmanuel Fregene I have used Delta Community Credit Union. I worked with Rebecca Cameron. She was great to work with. It was extremely easy. You may get away with a desktop appraisal instead of a full blown appraisal and they lend up to 90% LTV.

We were looking for a local bank to bank with that offered HELOCs. I also worked with their home loan specialist (Dorsey Gray). We did not end up purchasing a rental property at that time, but he was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable.
