I am as regular dude as it gets; other than my great looks, sense of humor, quick wit, ability to smooth talk the ladies, critical thinking skills, sweet jump-shot...My bad, I got lost in myself for a minute.

I’ve had a number of partnerships in business and RE over the past 25 years and the one critical element I have learned (through experience unfortunately) is to make sure you put in place a written buy/sell agreement as well as a funding mechanism for that agreement (ex. life insurance policies).

All three work in conjunction with eachother, and none of the three is more important than the other...and they are all critical to achieve your goals...which, by the way, is not out of line at all.

Travel time and distance as well as the means by which people access the major employment hubs of a city are critical for us to ensure that we are looking into suburbs with close proximity or at the very least good access to major roads/train systems.I hope this clarifies things - let me know what you think.

Think of it as constructive criticism I don’t want your business to fail bud , you gotta be more strict on managing your property or it’s going to fail .

Storage is critical and I would hate to have to walk into another room to get my clothes.
