The Fed has to correct the ridiculous monetary policy they've had over the past 4-5 years in order to slow down inflation. 

I love participating on these forums and helping newbies out where I can (and I learn so much) but it's ALWAYS the best thing to do to get in touch with one of these guys, they are both super knowledgeable and just ridiculously friendly and helpful.

I am not saying it is easy, I am in no way saying it does not require a ridiculous amount of work, but I am saying it is possible.

You can't put fixtures and devices in before the drywall thats just ridiculous.  

I did enjoy the forums, but a huge percentage of the participants are EXTREMELY liberal and very willing to attack any viewpoint that doesn't march in lockstep with theirs.Many of the posters also seem to the think MMM is a demigod who is deserving of their worship and if your money tactics don't 100% agree you will also be ridiculed and insulted.

I work in west LA/Santa Monica area and rent around there is ridiculously expensive, which will make finding something affordable a challenge4.
