@Dawn Hail - you total all payments made to any entity in getting to the $600.

Do whatever you can and ride the fine line of the law.

We have alot of members who hail from the SF area.

It was a 7200 sf home with pool, deck, tennis court, 14 horse stables, ranch house, and multiple riding arenas complete with a creek running through the property.

You will spend a crazy amount of money on turn over and still may not get ride of the smell.

Managing corporate rentals since 2005, I've experienced a roller coaster ride with these two strategies.

So if you can stomach the roller coaster ride of development projects in Tulum, in my personal experience it has been worth it.

My quest has now led me to expanding my thinking, and possibly making deals with Banks that own land, or individuals that own land and then obtaining loans from them to develop these lots/land.As my father always said:  "Real estate is like the ocean, no one or no entity can control it all, and the best way to become part of it, is to simply paddle out and catch the next wave to ride."

They better enjoy the ride now because their day is rapidly approaching.
