Of course the title company will make it right for you but it is not a quick process and your money will be tied up until it is resolved.

I know I'm a little late to the conversation however let me chime in. ( hopefully, this issue is resolved by now and maybe you can update us as to how it turned out for you and what worked or didn't work) i have a similar situation.

If you have lost faith you need to resolve it somehow. 

Of course, we would like to resolve this amicably, however we don't think it will happen (tenant did not send a check for this month once he found out that we may be sending him a bill if his deposit ends up not being enough).We have a very strong lease with a clause that clearly indicates tenant is responsible for any pet damage.

I'd suggest you resolve your zoning question with your county officials, before you invest in the remodel to convert to a duplex.In Denver, the zoning is strict, and you'd have to go through a 2-4 month hearing process to apply for such a variance.

Some situations are best resolved in a face to face meeting and/or with formal written communications.The text you sent does little to clarify the situation.

I called my bank and they said we can only place a dispute which can take up to 10 days to resolve.

Im open to any ideas, but I dont think that would resolve my credit issue.
