Stained Basement Wood Wall
I am working on a flip house/possible rental and the basement living space has the type of wood walls above. Some time there must have been a water issue causing the staining. Any idea of a good way to get rid of the staining. Was thinking about a solid wood stain but am not sure whether the water stain would still be seen. Thoughts?
