Finding and KEEPING a quality contractor that's honest and consistent. 

Please help All you do is this.No matter what you are going to end up doing, you need leads.In order to get quality leads you need a website.Why?

Mine largely go throough I'm seeing, re the "no", "stop", "stop f******g sending this s***"  :)As always, marketing success is more a function of the quality of y9ur list vs the channel.   

The quality of life here is much better in my opinion. 

Replace all the bad parts with the highest quality replacement parts you can get.

They get high quality low risk tenants and because the rentals are frequently longer than 30 days, they fall outside of normal STR restrictions on rentals of 30 days or less.

You can buy a property for $20k, but you'll need to put work into the property and you probably won't get a very good quality tenant.

The turnkey company has networks and systems in place to find the best properties and rehab to a high standard and quality.
