I can promise you one thing...you are not alone in your frustrations.

So as you can see, I am not a banks most promising prospect but I do have a significant amount of cash saved up so that leaves owner finance as my only option to be able to scale without turning to someone for a cosign on a mortgage.

Much more difficult as a PM to do it consistently if the owner has made promises and using their own lease.
