What if I wanted to build houses or build a development?

I have closed 2 deals in the past, and want to build on this experience to develop a strong cash flowing portfolio.  

Most of us know what we don't want, very few know what we DO want.I think you need to select a specific niche to start, concentrate and learn as much as possible, and then begin to develop an investment plan.For instance, I have chosen Multifamily apartments (niche).  

I’m interested in building networks of Entrepreneurs, Fund Managers, Investors, Real Estate professional and other professional networks.I’m an entrepreneur, running family businesses, managed multiple investments, and currently developing a prime investment project portfolio.
