I personally haven't had a lot of success securing properties on these platforms for a variety of reasons.

I tried FRED, the US Census, Fact Finder, but couldn't really come up with a robust platform that has this info categorized by city for any decent length of time...

There are significant head winds in both student loans and online learning platforms that will continue to pressure Universities to adapt and focus on providing value to students.  

With of goal of wanting to be spread across the country that might be the correct platform but that is a really a question for your lawyer and CPA.

I’m considering to post some listing on Craigslist and similar platforms offering our consulting services.What is your opinion on potential good ways to develop it?

Are you referring to using Turbo Tax or a similar software platform?  

The goal is to have a platform that I can funnel all leads into and notify via text or mass email open house dates, changes in listings and solicit feedback after showings.
