What are some recommendations you guys can give me in regards to accumulating properties while in the military?

You may meet someone who invests in the SC market.It looks like you have a nice goal of investing in a property in the next 180 days.

and they have an education model were they look for bird dogs to become commerical brokers working with them its nice they disclose the costs.. up to 30k it looks like.. some of the loan products in some of the states require NMLS  not sure if they are licensed did not see that on their site. 

However I would pay the difference between the part and the cost of the new range since I will get benefit of having a new range for the life of the appliance.ADDITIONAL DETAIL: I spoke to an appliance repair guy who told me it's possible to repair the cracked glass top, but in actuality the repair requires the glass top to be replaced for it to be "repaired". 

Purchase price: $585,000 Cash invested: $125,000 Bought a 10k sqf lot in a nice neighborhood with a 600sqf cottage built.

I know a few guys and then there are whales doing OZ funds.
