Hi folks, I'm analyzing a Mobile Home Park with 10 Acres, 11 mobile homes.

To give a little backstory, I am 22 years old, I work as an account executive in a sales start-up and have consistently done well but I am frustrated by the lack of upward mobility and feel like I have hit a dead-end selling a product that doesn't excite me. 

I assume Mobile home parks are the same..

@Mya Toohey what’s your thoughts about investing in units in mobile home parks ?

Anyway...We put 30% down (required for mobile homes) and we purchased the house well below market value.

I am having trouble finding any lenders who will do a refi or a term/rate on a mobile home I purchased and placed on the land?

I have some money saved up that i would like to invest into real estate, the cost of homes of any type are quite pricy in my area and with the amount i have saved i can pretty much only afford a mobile home. 

Township floodplain administer mentioned that any mobile home moving into the park, based up on the lot location, needs to be at 4' to 6' height. 

One has 6 properties and the other is currently flipping a house and looking to open a mobile home park....
