All about that middle ground.

I am in the middle of negotiating with the seller for an abandoned building s in Philly area , the building has 3 floors ,there are 3 stores on the1st , 2nd and 3rd used for bakery and day care place , 2nd /3rd will need a looot work to bring back to apartment building that’s my exit strategy , will keep keep exterior brick and rehab inside the building .

Fortunately, I'm making decent money to where we are able to buy rentals at a pace that feels good for me and the goals for my family.
